Exchange Policy

Items bought online can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase to your nearest GCC Online store together with the dispatch note that was included with your order.

Please ensure all tags and plastic bags are included in the package. We cannot accept any items not in the same condition when sold.

You will need to get your parcel back to us at Address Arranged.

Should you require a swap out unit please arrange for that to be available 48 hours prior to arriving at our office.

Should you require a courier please arrange that or we can assist with courier and invoice you for the exact cost of the courier.

While we ensure every possible measure is taken to keep you smiling mistakes on your side and our side does slip in from time to time, Let’s work together to facilitate the correction of these.
